"Without hesitation, I would give the DMD team 5 stars. This includes the preliminary work with Bill McFarlane. Given I am a previous customer of DMD and had worked with Bill in the past, I knew that we were in good hands. I also appreciated your efforts to keep my family updated on when the windows were expected to arrive and when the installation would begin. The team handling the installation did a great job. Two things impressed me the most about this group. First, they took the time each day to let us know what rooms they would be working in that day. Second, they were also very understanding about working around our schedules. By that I mean, they adjusted the order of the rooms they planned to work in to meet the needs of my family. Finally, as you know after a week or so, we found a pressure crack in one of the windows and we appreciated DMD's efforts to contact the manufacturer and have the window replaced."
